Robin Smith, content creator, is committed to helping small business owners and coaches (especially those involved in the tourist industry) by creating content and handling technical details so they have more time for the things they love and can help more people.

Robin’s path to becoming a content creator and web designer started as a child when she was always writing, creating plays and stories in her mind. Over the years it flourished as she won numerous awards in high school and went on to teach business education and computer to high school students. Teaching them how to create newsletters, blogs, PowerPoint presentations and so much more.
Her content creation and technical skills continued to grow throughout her educational career as a Tech Integration Specialist, Director of Technology, and then Chief Information Officer for a school district. She found her true passion is where technology intersects with creativity by creating relevant content for websites, social media, and blogs.
She left the public education arena to start her own business helping others with the technical and writing tasks that overwhelm them. Whether it is writing, editing, webpage design, video production or another technical task, Robin’s expert content creation skills shine through.

Robin is a certified Microsoft Office Expert, Certified Podcast Specialist, Certified Virtual Expert, and holds a Technology Specialist Certification through Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Business Education from Shippensburg University.

- Travel is her favorite thing to do. The beach, cruises, and scenic destinations are her thing.
- Although a word-nerd and tech-geek, she loves the outdoors and kayaking and ziplining are fun adventures for her.
- Cooking and entertaining are the hobbies she enjoys.
Robin is a wife and has a 24-year-old son. Both her husband and son enjoy traveling with her to exciting destinations.
Lifelong Learner
A lifelong learner, Robin is always learning and trying new software, tech gadgets and the like. If she doesn’t know how to do something, she will figure it out and then teach others how to do it.
